Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive for Federal Civilian agencies, specifically USDA. The role involves driving adoption, retention, and growth within assigned accounts by understanding customer challenges and goals, and guiding them on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience with federal civilian agencies, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal civilian agencies, including leaders, administrators, and IT professionals.
  2. Understand the unique needs and challenges of federal civilian agencies and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Drive adoption and usage of Salesforce products and services within your accounts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the success of your accounts.
  5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Enterprise SaaS is preferred
  • Experience working with federal civilian agencies or within the public sector is highly desirable
