Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive for their Media & Communications team in London. This role focuses on selling Salesforce's AI CRM solutions to major accounts, developing account strategies, building C-level relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has at least 12 years of SaaS sales experience, strong industry expertise in Telco, and a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce’s solutions with customer business objectives, supporting retail digital transformation.
  2. Consumption: Drive the Consumption model and affect value realisation leveraging a programatic model.
  3. Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and understand how Salesforce’s technology can solve key industry challenges like omni-channel commerce, personalisation, AI-driven insights, and operational efficiency.
