Named Account Executive - Retail

Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive for their Retail Enterprise team in Italy. This role focuses on selling AI CRM solutions and working alongside AI agents to deliver customer success. The executive will act as a trusted advisor, engaging C-level decision-makers and orchestrating cross-functional teams to drive long-term partnerships and achieve revenue goals within strategic accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a key strategic account within the Retail sector headquartered in Italy, leading the full account strategy from annual quota planning through to long-term vision.
  2. Engage C-level decision-makers to position Salesforce solutions through value-based selling, business case development, and return on investment analysis.
  3. Coordinate a cross-functional virtual team — including sales engineers, sales specialists, professional services, partners, and executives — to deliver a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding your customer's unique business challenges and evangelizing AI-powered Salesforce solutions that help them achieve their goals and innovate within their organizations.
