Sales role focused on expanding the Data & Integration (MuleSoft & Informatica) portfolio within the Retail & CG industry in Switzerland. The role involves driving new business sales, managing the entire sales process, developing go-to-market strategies, building sales pipelines, and achieving quarterly/annual sales targets. It requires experience selling enterprise software/SaaS solutions and a strong understanding of the Retail & CG industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. You own the entire sales process and you ensure the delivery against key performance metrics.
  2. You have a strong focus on new business sales.
  3. By driving detailed customer discovery and research, you will formalize a Go To Market strategy and build qualified target account lists.
  4. You will drive Pipeline development through a combination of customer engagements, marketing campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  5. You will build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.

Skills

Required

  • Shown experience of selling enterprise software of SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Retail & CG (Consumer Goods) industry
  • Successful history of net new business sales (direct), with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Consistent record of sales overachievement.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with the customer.
  • German & English are required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors Degree of equivalent preferred.
