National Channel Sales Manager, Convergint (north East)

This role is for a National Channel Sales Manager focused on driving sales and pipeline through a strategic partner (Convergint) for Verkada's AI-powered physical security platform. The role involves building relationships, training partners, executing channel strategy, and collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams. While the company's platform is AI-powered, this specific role is in sales and partner management, not directly building or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Net New Pipeline: Proactively identify and generate pipeline within Convergint. Collaborate closely with field sales teams to co-sell and close high-value opportunities.
  2. Execute National Channel Strategy: Develop and manage a focused partner business plan for your territory that aligns with Verkada’s overall GTM objectives and quarterly sales targets.
  3. Empower Our Partners: Train and enable partner executives, sales teams, and technical stakeholders on Verkada’s full product portfolio, programs, and campaigns to ensure deep engagement and capability across all levels.
  4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Verkada’s internal sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to drive joint activities, including partner events, demand generation campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives.
  5. Lead with Insights: Conduct regular QBRs and ad-hoc business reviews with partners to align on priorities, track performance, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities for improvement.
