What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for overall management of key stakeholders playing an influential role in shaping the healthcare landscape and access to innovation.
  2. Develop and lead a team to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives and forge strategic relationships across healthcare systems.
  3. Responsible for overarching tender strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders for the business unit to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Responsible for driving adoption of key internal commercial transformation initiatives.
  5. Leading new growth opportunities by building Go-To-Market models, including but not Enabling Technologies and private markets.

Skills

Required

  • University Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Leadership &/or Key Account Management
  • 3-5 years of people management experience

Nice to have

  • MBA in Science &/or Business Management
  • Experience in MedTech, Pharma, SaaS within life-sciences or Biotech
  • Knowledge of AI tools, MS Dynamics & Co-pilot
  • French language skills
