Johnson & Johnson is seeking a National Medical Education Manager for their GU Oncology portfolio in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves developing and executing a national medical education strategic plan, conducting needs assessments, creating educational assets, and measuring the impact of medical education activities. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical education industry, along with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulated standards and adult learning principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading the development of the National Medical Education Strategic Plan, including conducting needs assessments, setting health care professional (HCP) learning objectives, and calendarization in alignment with the Medical Director and internal SOPs
  2. Deriving national insights on HCP educational gaps and learning needs, and contextualize regionally
  3. Leading all aspects of the development of educational assets based on assessed unmet educational needs, as well as identify speakers and faculty
  4. Measuring and reviewing the impact of medical education activities, providing insight analyses, and driving quality improvement
  5. Responsible for TA budget(s) for medical education

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of progressive business experience in the pharmaceutical/medical education industry OR a Master's degree and 5 years of progressive business experience in the pharmaceutical/medical education industry
  • Solid tumor medical education experience
