Boeing is seeking an experienced NDT Quality Test Specialist for their Everett Delivery Center. The role involves performing setup for specialized non-destructive test equipment, developing procedures, conducting tests, collecting and analyzing data, documenting results, and providing feedback on adverse trends. Responsibilities also include non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs, and conducting certification preparation training. Required qualifications include Level II NDT certification (Ultra Sonic, Eddy Current, Radiography), ability to work variable shifts, and physical capabilities for confined spaces and heights. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of NDI/NDT experience and an Associate's degree or equivalent technical experience.

Skills

Required

  • Level II NDT certification (Ultra Sonic, Eddy Current, Radiography)
  • Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary
  • Capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10X18 oval opening
  • Ability to pass and complete fall protection training and work with heights of seventy feet or more and not exceed weight restrictions

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test) in Eddy Current and/or Ultrasonic and/or Radiography.
  • Associate’s degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
