Netsuite Account Manager

This is a sales role focused on account management for Oracle's NetSuite Cloud ERP product. The primary responsibilities include upselling and cross-selling within an existing customer base, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales quotas. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions within an existing base of NetSuite clients.
  2. Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with your manager.
  3. Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes and contract preparation and execution.
  4. Network internally with NetSuite Peers/Leadership, Value Added Teams, Marketing and Enablement, etc. to increase sales performance.
  5. Work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts.
