Director of Growth and Digital Marketing for NetSuite, focusing on building a lean, high-caliber team with AI-augmented workflows and pipeline accountability. Requires B2B demand generation experience, leadership in a lean team, and hands-on familiarity with the modern martech stack. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the function from day one — with full authority over strategy, team, tools, and budget — and you'll be expected to move fast.
  2. Own pipeline targets, not just MQL or traffic metrics
  3. Hands-on familiarity with the modern martech stack: marketing automation, paid platforms, ABM tools, attribution
  4. Actively use AI tools in your own workflow — for analysis, copy, ideation, or reporting
  5. Have a point of view on how AI changes demand gen team structure, not just tooling
