This is a people leader role responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on sales skills development, coaching, and mentoring. The role involves recruiting, training, and coaching the team on sales processes and product knowledge, developing solution proposals, and participating in sales presentations. Requires SaaS/Technology business development sales experience and leadership/mentoring experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling.
  2. Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of successful sales professionals.
  3. Recruit, train, and coach the team in both sales process and NetSuite product knowledge.
  4. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
  5. Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
