We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Staff Sales Consultant to support the growth and adoption of Oracle NetSuite in Latin America, with a particular focus on the NetSuite Chile Localization Go-to-Market strategy.
This role combines strong functional ERP expertise with a deep understanding of Chilean accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Partner teams to position NetSuite as the leading cloud ERP solution for organizations operating in Chile.
While Chile will be the primary focus of this role, the successful candidate will also support sales opportunities and strategic initiatives across other countries in Latin America, leveraging NetSuite’s regional capabilities and best practices.
As a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, the Sales Consultant will facilitate customer understanding of NetSuite through discovery sessions, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and presentations. The primary objective is to help prospects understand how NetSuite addresses their business requirements while ensuring realistic expectations are established regarding scope, functionality, implementation approach, and business outcomes.

As a Staff Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional and business-oriented presales support to prospective clients while ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies that drive NetSuite adoption across Latin America, with a primary focus on the Chilean market.
- Lead and support the Go-to-Market strategy for NetSuite Chile Localization, acting as a subject matter expert on local accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support sales opportunities in other Latin American countries as business needs require, collaborating with regional sales and presales teams.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Design and present solution recommendations that align customer requirements with NetSuite capabilities and leading practices.
- Deliver compelling and high-quality NetSuite demonstrations following Oracle’s established presales methodology, ensuring customer expectations are properly managed throughout the sales cycle.
- Clearly articulate NetSuite’s business value, functional strengths, differentiators, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with implementation and professional services teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment between presales commitments and project delivery.
- Provide guidance on how NetSuite supports Chilean accounting standards, tax regulations, electronic invoicing requirements, and other local compliance obligations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand both the capabilities and limitations of the solution to promote successful long-term outcomes.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to help influence localization enhancements, product strategy, and GTM initiatives.
- Support partner enablement and customer education activities related to NetSuite and the Chile Localization offering.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and contribute to the continued growth of NetSuite across Latin America.
- Continuously develop expertise in NetSuite products, industry trends, and Latin American regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Chilean accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Understanding of broader Latin American business processes, regulatory environments, and ERP requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably cloud-based ERP solutions such as NetSuite, Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and demonstration skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect business challenges to solution value.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Product, and Partner organizations.
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
