Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, focusing on security and high availability for classified programs. Requires an active Top Secret clearance and experience with Cisco devices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and call manager systems.
  2. Ensure high availability and secure connectivity across mission-critical environments.
  3. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal availability and security.
  4. Support network access control, user authentication, and segmentation in compliance with security policies and frameworks.
  5. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement network security controls, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.

Skills

Required

  • Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
  • TS/SCI OR successful completion of a Tier 5 Investigation (T5)
  • Eligibility for SAP access
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches and Cisco IOS implementations
  • Network administration experience

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of network security principles and best practices
  • Experience administering enterprise network infrastructure
  • Proficiency with layered network protocols
  • Experience supporting classified or Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Familiarity with network automation and orchestration tools
