  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance

Nice to have

  • Effective customer service skills, including oral and written communications
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II or 8140 Intermediate for Network Operations Specialist)
  • Experience installing and operating SNMP-based network management tools (e.g. SolarWinds)
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting RADIUS for 802.1x and AAA using Network Policy Server or Cisco Identity Services Engine
  • Experience configuring and operating Type-1 encryption devices (e.g. KG-175 series)
  • Associate-level Cisco certification (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance preferred
