The analyst will enhance existing workflows, streamline processes, and ensure network stability, security, and adaptability. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving network issues, supporting site expansions, maintaining monitoring systems, and using scripting/development tools for automation and AI integration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing hands-on support to diagnose and resolve network issues across LAN, WAN and colocation environments
  2. Working with project managers on site expansions, new market data feeds and connections to third-party services
  3. Maintaining and improving our monitoring and alert systems, with a strong emphasis on automation, AI integration and DevOps practices
  4. Using scripting or development tools to reduce manual tasks, enhance network visibility and explore innovative AI-driven solutions

Required

  • Operating and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks
  • Common routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, PIM-SM)
  • Debugging transport protocols (TCP/UDP)
  • Linux environments
  • Programming or scripting knowledge
  • Automation (for instance, using Python or similar tools)
  • Communicator
  • Organised and flexible
