Seeking Business Development Representatives to join the sales team, responsible for qualifying leads, building customer relationships, networking with partners, and generating new opportunities for the Direct Sales channel. This role involves outbound prospecting, managing multiple prospects, and meeting sales KPIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel.
  2. Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives
  3. Creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
  4. Managing multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through a mix of calls, emails, texts, and social outreach
  5. Consistently meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume (80+ outbound calls per day), meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced
