Network Engineer With Public Trust

This role is for a mid-level Network Engineer to support the design, engineering, and implementation of network infrastructure solutions for a Federal Government Client. The focus is on network architecture, technology integration, modernization, and deployment across various environments, including cloud-connected ones. Responsibilities include designing and implementing network solutions, developing configuration standards, performing network assessments, supporting upgrades and migrations, and collaborating with other teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and implement network infrastructure solutions including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies
  2. Develop configuration standards and support deployment of network hardware and software in accordance with project requirements
  3. Perform network assessments, analyze existing environments, and recommend design improvements and modernization strategies
  4. Support network upgrade, migration, and integration efforts across multiple sites and environments
  5. Develop and validate technical designs, implementation plans, and engineering documentation
