**AT&T has an opening for a Network Integration Engineering Manager to support the ****Intelligence Sector. **This position manages a team of engineers responsible for the delivery and implementation of network requirements within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the contract statement of work. These customer requirements cover multiple segments of the enterprise infrastructure to include Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and cybersecurity related infrastructure. This is a technical manager position, requiring both network knowledge and leadership skills.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
- Leads and oversees Engineering workforce initiatives to maintain a resilience, effective, and mission-ready team within the area of responsibility.
- Manages daily operations and set performance objectives for the network engineering team.
- Ensures mapping of resources, activities, and manage as per timelines and budget constraints.
- Provides expert-level guidance for large scale enterprise network implementation standards and ongoing architectural network engineering transition, test, and evaluation activities.
- Facilitates cross-functional team collaboration and participate in the development and training of technical staff.
- Secures long-term client relationships by maintaining effective customer communications.
- Ensures internal standards and procedures are followed. Establish and maintain consistency of a system or product performance, functions, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information.
- Operates in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Interprets customer requirements and apply standard network design approaches for service delivery into the operational baseline.
- Develops creative and scalable solutions to address complex challenges.
- Supports the development of secure network designs including configurations that align with Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and enterprise policies.
- Provides Tier III level incident management support to subordinate TII network teams when required.
- Works closely with program and Government customer leadership to ensure the program requirements are met or exceeded within existing timeframes and budget.

**Required Qualifications: **Candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years, master’s and 10 years, bachelor’s and 12 years, associates and 14 years or HS diploma and 16 years. Required qualifications include the following:
- Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
- Experience specific to network engineering to include Tier III or higher network operations and/or network design and implementation.
- Prior responsibility for production network hardware and software configurations for Cisco, Brocade, and/or Juniper infrastructure.
- Network engineering and operations experience with MPLS WANs and/or similar WAN protocols, network management tools, and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting standard routing protocols in a production network, such as Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) or Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
- Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting standard switching and trunking protocols in a production network, such as Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), 802.1q, and port-channels.
- Must have at least 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience of network engineering or operations teams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience should include application of industry standards, developing configurations, and integration of solutions into production environments.
- Expert knowledge of routing and switching protocols and the ability to demonstrate knowledge through briefings and documentation. Extensive BGP experience a plus.
- Experience with cryptographic devices such as KG-175s and KG-142s.
- Experience establishing process, developing documents, and organizing repositories a plus.
