Network Test Engineer 3

This role is responsible for validating product quality by analyzing and testing the quality of the codebase. The engineer will focus on writing automated and repeatable code to reduce manual testing efforts and increase code quality. They will develop and maintain code that validates front-end, middleware, and database systems, and partner with software engineers to write efficient automation code. The role also involves executing automated code, creating reports, repairing broken automation scripts, and performing peer reviews.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for validating product quality by analyzing and testing the quality of the codebase.
  2. Makes decisions affecting architecture of the test codebase including which software to use for writing test code.
  3. Focuses on writing code that will be executed in an automated and repeatable fashion which will reduce manual testing efforts and increase code quality and consistency.
  4. Develops and maintains code that validates front-end, middleware and database systems, using the latest tools and common programming languages.
  5. Provides input into various software development lifecycle stages.
