What you'd actually do

  1. Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers
  2. Help new developers get started with Plaid and answer questions about our products
  3. Identify the most promising developers and verticals to help us grow
  4. Work with our product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback
  5. Collaborate closely with growth marketing to provide feedback and strategize on new content campaigns
