Johnson & Johnson is seeking a New Product Introduction Supply Analyst for their DePuy Synthes, Orthopedics division. This role is responsible for portfolio management, intake, and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects, ensuring operational readiness, supply continuity, and cross-functional alignment. The analyst will develop supply chain strategies, manage inventory and capacity, partner with various departments, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business, with 3-4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI, and proficiency in SAP, APO, or IBP is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end planning strategy and execution for NPI and LCM projects.
  2. Develop supply plans and ensure launch readiness.
  3. Manage inventory, capacity, and supplier alignment.
  4. Partner cross-functionally across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
  5. Drive IBP/S&OP alignment and planning inputs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
  • 3-4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI
  • Experience in MRP, supply planning, and cross-functional project execution
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis
  • Accuracy with high attention to details
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, basic Access
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a project methodological context
  • Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrix environment
  • Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English is required
