Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a New Technology Specialist for their Electrophysiology division in the Midlands, UK. This role focuses on driving the adoption of new technologies through clinical education and expert case support. Responsibilities include providing technical and clinical support for new product introductions, leading clinical evaluations, developing go-to-market strategies, creating training programs, acting as a field liaison during product launches, gathering market feedback, and supporting pre-sales activities. The role requires at least three years of experience in Electrophysiology with independent case support, strong communication, and business acumen.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing expert technical and clinical support to electrophysiology labs and customers to accelerate New Product Introductions (NPIs) with CARTO products
  2. Demonstrate expert knowledge in all clinical data associated with NPIs and be able to clearly articulate this data to customers through education, in-servicing and objection handling.
  3. Lead the design, planning, and execution of external clinical evaluations, pilot studies, and limited market release (LMR) programs including site selection, protocol implementation, data capture, and post-evaluation analysis.
  4. Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including launch plans, success metrics, stakeholder engagement plans, and risk mitigation.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) for clinical staff, engineers, and sales teams on new product features, workflows, and best practices.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum three years’ experience in industry in Electrophysiology with evidence of independent case support to expert level.
  • Consistent track record of success with minimum FM/FM for the last 2 years
