Sales Manager for Uber for Business focusing on the SMB Automotive segment. Responsibilities include leading a team of Account Executives, setting sales strategy, managing forecasts, and recruiting/developing talent. Requires experience in SMB sales leadership and a data-driven approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set strategy, create plans, and lead a sizable team to meet and exceed targets
  2. Partner with AEs to execute the full sales cycle, listen to prospects in order to understand business objectives and challenges, and align Uber For Business solutions to accomplish partner goals
  3. Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to achieve sales goals on a quarterly basis, and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  4. Recruit, develop, and mentor Account Executives responsible for acquiring new logos on the Uber for Business platform.
  5. Responsible for establishing a customer obsessed culture that develops and operationalizes sales strategy to achieve sales critical metrics
