  2. Handles a high-volume caseload of PIP matters in both arbitration (AAA) and litigation formats
  3. Handles a caseload from inception through discovery, motion practice, and trial in a fast-paced environment committed to quality of work

Skills

Required

  • J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School
  • Active law license to practice in the State of New York
  • Member in good standing with the State Bar of New York
  • 1-7 years of litigation experience
  • No-Fault/PIP litigation experience preferred
  • Insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, or workers compensation litigation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local and state discovery rules
  • Knowledge of trial procedures
  • Knowledge of applicable substantive law
  • Trial experience
  • Mediation experience
  • Deposition experience
  • Effective written communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently with cases in electronic form
