Nordic Community Lead

Lovable Lovable · Coding AI · Stockholm, Sweden · Sales

This role is for a Nordic Community Lead responsible for establishing and growing Lovable's presence within the Nordic builder ecosystem. The focus is on building relationships with VCs, accelerators, and founders, designing and executing community concepts, and driving business outcomes through ecosystem engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of builders and founders, and the ability to translate community feedback into product and GTM strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Form and own Lovable's VC and founder ecosystem motion across the Nordics, build the relationships with Nordic VCs, accelerators, and incubators, decide what we actually do with each of them (co-hosted events, portfolio workshops, structured onboarding for new portfolio companies, founder activations), and ship it end-to-end.
  2. Design and ship Nordic community concepts that move the business, programs with a clear ROI thesis (builders activated, founders onboarded, pipeline created, retention compounded). The brief is open: builder dinner series, regional hackathons, founder office hours, "ship in a weekend" sprints, pick the formats that compound.
  3. Be in the rooms that actually matter (Nordic flagship events, demo days, university hackathons, VC portfolio gatherings, founder Slacks and Discords), with a clear reason to be there and a clear outcome you're driving.
  4. Run workshops, talks, and hands-on build sessions for founders, operators, and students who haven't tried Lovable yet. Get new users to their first real "wow" moment with the product, fast.
  5. Translate field signal, what Nordic builders are struggling with, shipping next, and asking for, into product, marketing, and GTM. You're the loop closer between the Nordic builder community and the rest of the company.
