Notino Experience Program Manager - Emea & Apac

Notion Notion · Enterprise · Dublin, Ireland · People

This role is for an Experience Program Manager at Notion, focusing on the EMEA and APAC regions. The primary responsibility is to manage and execute global people programs locally, ensuring they are relevant and scalable. This includes owning regional program operations, bridging global and local teams, building operational infrastructure, supporting affinity groups, using data for decision-making, and partnering cross-functionally to enhance the employee experience. The role requires an AI-native mindset, where candidates proactively use AI tools and are excited to build AI agents and playbooks, but the core function is program management, not AI development.
