NPI Engineer responsible for PCB development and supplier management, working with R&D HW and NVIDIA partners to ensure design acceptance and manufacturability. The role involves managing project timelines, risks, and transitions to production, with a focus on operational aspects of PCB manufacturing.

What you'd actually do

  1. The PCB NPI engineer will work alongside with R&D HW, lead the PCB development during NPI stage (from OPERATION perspective)
  2. Work with NVIDIA partners worldwide to establish a supply chain incorporating business, manufacturing, technology, Engineering, quality, and additional aspects to assure design acceptance and manufacturability
  3. Identify critical-paths, bottlenecks and implement risk management methodologies.
  4. Define and lead execution to ensure delivery on schedule according to SOW and budget
  5. Pave the way for NPI Production transition: Active participation from very early pre-design stages, highlighting needed operational related aspects while defining the infrastructure for the future transfer to production stage.

Skills

Required

  • B.Sc. in Industrial engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong engineering background with business and operations proficiency
  • 3+ years of proven experience in leading complex, highly technology-intensive projects (PCB – advantage)
  • Sharp thinking, an eye for details and great decision-making skills
  • Independent and proactive approach
  • Performs well in an intensive environment - Working hour flexibility
  • Ability to manage schedule and meet deadlines
  • Multitasking, good communication skills and a team player
  • Fluent English – reading, writing, and speaking
  • Microsoft Office tools - Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools

Nice to have

  • Experience as buyer or vendor management (Advantage)
  • Vast experience with PCBs, suppliers, and global market
  • ERP system proficiency, preferably with SAP
  • Knowledge in BI & Agile
  • Experience with Anaplan or other capacity modeling/database software
