Npi Product Service Engineer

This role supports the field deployment and validation of new service technology for Caterpillar machines, focusing on remote and local service tools. The engineer will identify and correct field issues, ensure production deployment processes, gather customer feedback, and develop documentation to ensure system usability and maintainability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, track and correct field issues with new products.
  2. Ensure production processes are in place to deploy, track and support new products.
  3. Gather Voice of Customer and Dealer and ensure that products are delivering value.
  4. Develop documentation in partnership with Engineering and Authoring teams, to ensure that the system usability and maintainability are world class.
