This role is for a KAM (Key Account Manager) in MedTech Sales at Johnson & Johnson in Wuhan, China. What you'd actually do

  1. 制定有挑战性和可执行的销售计划,和经销商及客户有效沟通,完成销售目标;
  2. 开发及维护医院客户,并通过学术活动和日常沟通,有效传递产品信息及相关服务等;
  3. 建立和维护与临床医生、学术带头人的学术合作关系,体现公司专业、创新、合作的学术形象;
  4. 掌握应有的产品知识及销售技巧,并不断更新;
  5. 了解竞争对手的市场状况,按时准确提交各项市场数据,通过分析销售数据和趋势,提出合理建议;
