This role is a MedTech Sales position focused on achieving sales targets by developing and maintaining relationships with hospital customers and distributors. It involves communicating product information, building academic collaborations, understanding market competition, and adhering to compliance policies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in medicine or pharmacy, and prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop challenging and executable sales plans, communicate effectively with distributors and customers, and achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain hospital customers, and effectively convey product information and related services through academic activities and daily communication.
  3. Establish and maintain academic cooperation relationships with clinicians and academic leaders, reflecting the company's professional, innovative, and cooperative academic image.
  4. Master the required product knowledge and sales skills, and continuously update them.
  5. Understand the market situation of competitors, submit various market data accurately and on time, and propose reasonable suggestions by analyzing sales data and trends.
  6. Strictly abide by the company's compliance policy.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine or pharmacy.
  • Good communication skills and sales skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, with innovative spirit and cooperation awareness.
  • Professionally confident, self-motivated, and continuously learning.
  • Able to withstand work pressure and have the spirit of hard work and dedication.

Nice to have

  • Pharmaceutical, medical industry related sales experience is preferred.
