This leader will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of our Network Infrastructure, including Safety, Scheduling, Standards and Implementation for new builds across the AMER region. This leader is expected to significantly enhance our speed, quality, and safety in deploying new capacity to our network in Data Center sites. You will ensure the right resources/structure is in place to proactively stay ahead of our capacity demands while applying thinking around capital efficiency. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of work experience
- 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience
- 5+ years of management/team lead function experience
- 5+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of data center engineering experience
- Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers
- Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience contributing to the definition and implementation of automation opportunities within an operations environment
- Experience in one or more IT infrastructure domains (storage, compute, networking, security, software development, systems administration, database engineering or administration, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, big data, DevOps, or other IT infrastructure domain)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
