What you'd actually do

  1. Supports the planning, implementation and assessment of occupational health and safety programs and processes.
  2. Drafts health and safety programs that provide consistent approaches to risk reduction and compliance.
  3. Investigates safety and health incidents and complaints.
  4. Conducts ergonomics assessments and recommendations for risk mitigations

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of experience applying ergonomic principles and best practices to support the development, implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety programs

Nice to have

  • Certified Professional Ergonomics (CPE)
  • ergonomic risk assessment tools
  • engineering tools and technological innovations ( i.e. sensors, exoskeletons, AR/VR)
