What you'd actually do

  1. Manage calendar and schedule meetings.
  2. Coordinate team meetings and events.
  3. Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports.
  4. Provide support for departmental events, quarterly events, and open forums.
  5. Support office administration with associated tasks. (i.e., ordering office supplies, food orders, travel, expenses, onsite needs)
