Experienced Module Engineer for Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (OTF) at Intel in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on defining roadmaps, establishing process flows, selecting materials and equipment, conducting experiments, driving process improvements, and transferring processes to high-volume manufacturing. Requires a strong background in semiconductor engineering and experience supporting manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
  2. Defines and establishes flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
  3. Selects and develops material and equipment for the process to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity and manufacturability requirements.
  4. Plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle.
  5. Drives improvements on quality, yield, reliability, process stability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel.
