Oem Enterprise Manager

NVIDIA is seeking an OEM Enterprise Manager to drive AI Enterprise business at the country level, focusing on enablement, training, and business/pipeline management with OEMs. This role involves engaging and managing OEM Enterprise channel teams, developing Go-To-Market strategies, and ensuring collaboration across ecosystem players to drive revenue for NVIDIA's hardware and software portfolio.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive OEMs AI Enterprise business at country level including enablement, training and business/pipeline management. Work with OEMs on Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. This covers OEM & channel OEM businesses.
  2. Engage & manage the channel Enterprise OEM teams at OEMs, drive & complete programs by working closely with OEMs & NVIDIA channel team. Interact directly with NVIDIA HQ OEM channel team for global programs.
  3. Enable & train OEM Enterprise teams on NVIDIA platforms, solutions & technologies.
  4. Develop and complete a GTM strategy and business plan linked to NVIDIA key initiatives and OEM strategy. This covers the entire NVIDIA Enterprise portfolio, including hardware and software.
  5. Ensure collaboration between the different ecosystem players.

Skills

Required

  • Native German
  • Proficiency in English
  • University degree or above or equivalent experience in economics/international business combined with computer science background
  • 8+ years OEM Enterprise sales & OEM Enterprise channel experiences in IT/AI industry selling solutions within Germany and Central Europe
  • Drive sophisticated eco system, to become a trust advisor and the key OEM local partner to position NVIDIA Enterprise solutions
  • Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy – focus & flexibility
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Open, like to educate & transfer knowledge
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, strong ability to get things done, focused, and passionate
