This is a co-op position for an Offer Development Analyst within Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices. The role focuses on developing and executing contracting strategies for customers, involving customer analytics, contract implementation, pricing strategies, and collaboration with various internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining data in a quoting tool, creating product catalogs, automating reporting, supporting contract amendments and renewals, and managing SharePoint sites. The role requires strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in Excel, and a concentration in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide monthly updates to the quoting tool by downloading, validating, and maintaining required data.
  2. Create and maintain a cross‑platform product catalog for the Capital team.
  3. Automate weekly capital reporting processes.
  4. Deliver quick‑turn support for requests, including amendments and renewals.
  5. Organize, update, and maintain work instructions within the SharePoint site.

Skills

Required

  • Excel is a must
  • Available to work a full‑time, 40‑hour workweek during core business hours for the Fall term (July–December 2026)
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office three times per week
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa

Nice to have

  • Concentration in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience extracting detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is a plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
  • other MS applications are a plus (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, dependable and motivated
  • Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
