The Offerwall Business Operations Manager at Unity will lead day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional projects, monitor business performance, and improve processes to support the Offerwall business. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead day-to-day business operations for the Offerwall and ensure continuity across key workflows and initiatives
  2. Manage and drive cross-functional projects with teams including Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Finance
  3. Monitor business and operational performance, identify trends or issues, and provide actionable recommendations
  4. Improve existing processes and implement scalable operational solutions to support team efficiency and business growth
  5. Support planning, prioritization, reporting, and stakeholder communication across key business initiatives
