Offerwall Partnerships Specialist (fixed-term Contract)

This role is a Partnerships Specialist for Unity's Offerwall product, focusing on advertiser support, campaign optimization, and performance analysis within the APAC region, particularly China. It involves working with mobile ad tech products, MMP integrations, and analyzing performance data to drive revenue and product adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support day-to-day campaign optimization and provide actionable recommendations to advertisers across the APAC region, with a primary focus on China
  2. Analyze Offerwall performance data (ROAS, funnel conversion, publisher-level reporting) to surface insights and growth opportunities for the Client Partner team
  3. Guide advertisers through onboarding, dashboard usage, and campaign setup, including MMP integrations (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and campaign types (CPA, MR-CPE, DR-CPE)
  4. Partner closely with the Chinese Client Partner team to drive product adoption and support upsell opportunities
  5. Maintain proactive, clear communication with the team across China and Japan, sharing updates and escalating issues in a timely manner

Skills

Required

  • Working knowledge of Offerwall, or hands-on experience with comparable mobile ad tech products
  • Familiarity with MMP integrations (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and campaign types (CPA, MR-CPE, DR-CPE)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Business-level English proficiency, with the ability to engage directly with clients and communicate clearly across remote, cross-border teams
  • Strong communication and reporting skills to operate effectively in a remote setup, reporting to a manager based in Japan

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with the Tapjoy Offerwall platform specifically
  • Background in mobile gaming or app advertising
  • Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools for self-serve data analysis
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean to support clients in those markets
  • Track record of identifying upsell opportunities or supporting account expansion
