What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities, maintenance, supply management, food orders, cleaning staff, and deliveries.
  2. Execute employee experience projects and company events, including holidays, celebrations, team-building activities, and more, while thinking innovatively to maximize engagement and strengthen employees' connection to Rubrik.
  3. Create and nurture a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, driving well-being initiatives that align with business goals.
  4. Be the welcoming face of the office - greet employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers - while ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.
  5. Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support office needs and special projects.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role, within the tech industry.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
