Office Manager

Polymarket Polymarket · Fintech · New York, NY · Operations

Office Manager role at Polymarket, a prediction market platform. This is an operations role focused on managing the physical space, vendor relationships, events, culture infrastructure, and office expansion projects for a fast-scaling team. The role emphasizes running the office like a product, shipping improvements, and owning the end-to-end office experience. It requires experience in office management, workplace ops, or facilities, with a preference for experience in fintech, crypto, or fast-moving startups, and managing office build-outs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the NYC office end-to-end: space, supplies, equipment, mail, access, security, and IT coordination
  2. Be the first point of contact for anything office-related - if something's broken or missing, fix it before anyone notices
  3. Manage and negotiate vendor relationships: cleaning, catering, snacks, plants, maintenance, AV, and co-working memberships
  4. Maintain office budgets, track spend, and report monthly to Ops leadership
  5. Plan and execute internal events: team offsites, all-hands logistics, happy hours, celebrations, and onboarding days
