  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery, sorting, and proper distribution.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Nice to have

  • Experience with basic IT troubleshooting is a plus
