What you'd actually do

  1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring they have a great experience
  2. Keep conference rooms well-maintained, manage meeting schedules, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready to use
  3. Oversee office, kitchen, and shared workspace upkeep, ensuring supplies are stocked and areas remain organized
  4. Manage meal deliveries, including coordinating lunch and dinner orders, as well as setup and cleanup
  5. Support internal events and special occasions, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution

Skills

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in an office management, administrative, or operational support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A strong customer service approach and mentality
