This is an internship program for transitioning military veterans and active-duty Military Spouses to gain corporate experience in various fields, including information technology, technical consulting, and product management, within Oracle Health. The program offers on-the-job training, professional development, and exposure to healthcare technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support a team of Product Managers that acts as the central resource and driving force for the conception, design, and launch of Oracle Health products and solutions.
  2. Gain an understanding of healthcare providers, payers, patients, and healthcare organizations, along with the healthcare technology market and competitive landscape, to drive product adoption and customer success.
  3. Support product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed product requirements for healthcare-focused solutions and experiences.
  4. Influence engineering teams to invest and iterate on features that improve clinical workflows, operational efficiency, interoperability, and patient outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support agile product delivery.

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for customers, users, and other stakeholders
  • Be able to work with and communicate internally & with the customer at all levels, including engineers, end-users, partners, and senior leaders
