What you'd actually do

  1. Evaluate performance of royalty interests, overriding royalties, and non operated working interests across conventional and unconventional assets.
  2. Review operator reports, joint interest billings (JIBs), production data, and development plans for accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with agreements.
  3. Monitor drilling, completion, and recompletion activities on non operated assets to ensure alignment with client objectives and fiduciary standards.
  4. Perform engineering based economic evaluations, including decline curve analysis, reserves estimation, and cash flow forecasting.
  5. Validate royalty payments, production volumes, pricing benchmarks, and post production deductions.
