What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with team leaders to design and implement orchestration and omnichannel strategies.
  2. Define and execute data collection and analysis plans; partner with analytics teams to drive continuous improvement through data-driven initiatives.
  3. Work closely with content and development teams, as well as global stakeholders, to design and deliver tailored content for healthcare professionals.
  4. Assess and develop strategic plans for the use of AI-based sales support tools (e.g., Next Best Action).
