This role focuses on onboarding and enabling partners for Expedia Group's travel platform, managing product configurations, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. It involves working with large datasets and various software tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Onboard net new connected partners and connected partner conversions.
  2. Enable Products for existing partners, including but not limited to, creating, and modifying room types, rate plans, property settings and property content.
  3. Load new merchandising campaigns in conjunction with commercial teams.
  4. Track and provide data on key performance indicators, including timelines and handle times.
  5. Communicate updates with partners and internal stakeholders across various teams.
