Oncology Associate Brand and Customer Manager

Merck is seeking an Oncology Associate Brand and Customer Manager to support the launch and promotion of a medication in Egypt. This role involves developing and executing brand and activation plans, managing promotional activities and digital campaigns, engaging with healthcare professionals, supporting sales teams, gathering market insights, ensuring compliance of promotional materials, tracking brand performance, managing budgets, and organizing training sessions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement brand plans (L3 NEXT) and annual activation plans in GU & GI indications aligned with global and regional strategies.
  2. Plan and coordinate local promotional activities, digital campaigns, education programs, and congress presence in Egypt specific to GU and GI.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, urologists, KOLs, and other stakeholders; support customer-facing with materials and scientific discussions.
  4. Work closely with sales teams to develop messaging, training materials, and territory-level initiatives that increase awareness and uptake in GI & GU indications.
  5. Gather and report local market and competitor intelligence for GI and GU oncology; provide actionable insights to inform brand decisions.
