Onshore Oracle Field Service Lead

This role is for an Onshore Oracle Field Service Lead at Deloitte. The primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations, support, and optimization of the Oracle Field Service (OFS) platform. This involves leading incident management, monitoring service performance, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance platform functionality. The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily operations and support activities of Oracle Field Service.
  2. Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for field service issues.
  3. Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
  4. Liaise with business and IT teams to define requirements and implement enhancements.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field service efficiency and user satisfaction.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience supporting or administering Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud
  • Proven experience in production support, incident management, problem resolution, and conducting root cause analysis for complex technical or operational issues
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud processes, configuration, and best practices
  • Experience with data management, system integrations, and platform optimization
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
