What you'd actually do

  1. Scheduling preventative maintenance in coordination with supervisors, leads, and technicians, as well as making sure operators have everything they need to perform their tasks without leaving their machines.
  2. Maintaining floor cleanliness and properly organizing and diagnosing stock are essential to keep the workspace functional and up to date.
  3. Ensuring quality and efficiency on the insertion side by verifying that setup logs, top sheets, and computer systems are updated through weekly checks.
  4. Investigating and resolving workflow issues while recommending procedural improvements.
  5. The position may require performing other departmental duties as needed, adhering to company policies and operating principles, and meeting attendance standards to effectively carry out responsibilities and collaborate with management and coworkers.
