Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · San Jose, CA

Operations AI Developer at Adobe, focused on building internal AI agents, copilots, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency within the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Operations team. The role involves identifying opportunities, designing and deploying solutions, collaborating with various teams, and establishing guidelines for responsible AI usage, with potential for wider Adobe-wide impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI and other tooling across C&P Operations workflows and processes
  2. Design, develop, and roll out AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that boost operational efficiency — focused primarily on internal applications across C&P, with potential to extend Adobe-wide
  3. Collaborate across departments with operations, engineering, and the ATS team to transform business needs into scalable solutions
  4. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on tools powered by artificial intelligence using modern frameworks (LLMs, agent architectures, automation platforms)
  5. Connect new solutions into existing tools and the emerging executive ecosystem to ensure cohesion across the broader ops organization
